**COUNCIL MEMBERS’ THOUGHTS**
PAT JONES: Pat doesn’t have a favorite football team but is favoring the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. He plans to watch the game with family and snack on ‘very well-loaded nachos’, predicts a game with less than 50 points, will watch the halftime show and suggests next year’s Super Bowl feature the Ohio State Marching Band.

**CITY EMPLOYEES’ THOUGHTS**
POLICE CHIEF DON HEDRICK:
“I don’t know who will win this year, but I can tell you that a good wing is pretty tough to top while watching any football game in general.”
FIRE CHIEF JASON CULBERSON:
An avid Dallas Cowboys fan, Chief Culberson can’t bring himself to cheer on the rival Eagles. He’ll be watching at home with family and friends, cheering on the Chiefs and dining on wings, chips and dip.
THE MONUMENT MANAGER CRAIG BALTZER:
The Vikings fan plans to cheer for the Eagles while watching at home. “Since the game is over the dinner hour – I don’t want to be cooking during the game – so will be slow roasting a large Roast and veggies so it is ready when we decide to eat in the middle of the game.
REGIONAL AIRPORT DIRECTOR PATRICK DAME:
Patrick doesn’t have a favorite NFL team but will be cheering on the Chiefs Sunday. He will go a friend’s home to enjoy the game with his favorite snack nachos.
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR NICK STROOT:
A Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, Nick predicts a win for the Eagles and plans to catch the game at a sports pub or bar, and snack on meat, cheese and crackers. He predicts more than 50 points scored.
Erin, a Green Bay Packers fan, will be hosting a Super Bowl party and rooting on the Chiefs. “We will have barbeque chicken kabobs, homemade fried cheese sticks and bean dip with tortilla chips.”
A Raiders fan, Jarrett predicts an Eagles win with less than 50 points scored. As for his favorite big game snack: Cream-cheese filled, bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers!
“I predict over 50 points will be scored – hoping for the highest scoring Super Bowl in history, for the sake of the Kelces,” said Short, a life-long Chiefs fan, who will watch the game at home, including the halftime show and the ads while snacking on chips and queso
The avid Eagles fan says ‘Fly Eagles Fly’ and offers up a great game-time snack: I’m going to make what I call “Toxic Guac.” It’s Guacamole with enough habanero pepper to melt your intestines. I also make a much milder version with chipotle pepper that’s delicious (and much less painful)!
