RC Library Hosting Popular Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat Parade, Not-Too-Spooky Story Time
The popular Not-Too-Spooky Story Time & Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat Parade is October 31 at the Rapid City Downtown Library.

Not-Too-Spooky Story Time & Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat Parade
Rapid City, SD – Halloween is here at last and it’s time to celebrate! Thursday, October 31 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, downstairs and upstairs), bring the kids to listen to lighthearted Halloween stories and not-too terrible tales, then trick-or-treat through the library in your Halloween-festive finest! Children of all ages are welcome.
