Rapid City Parks employees gave Dino, one of Rapid City's iconic symbols, a holiday makeover Friday morning.
A crew of four worked to secure a large scarf and hat to Dino. It takes considerable effort to secure the items to make sure they are secure and can withstand December winds and conditions.
The red Santa hat and red and white scarf provide nice holiday accessories to Dino's 'natural' color!
