The City’s Human Resources Department is providing free COVID test kits to the public.
The test kits are available at a desk located in the front lobby of City Hall. A large supply of test kits were provided to the City by the South Dakota Department of Health for distribution to city employees and the public.
“We received a large supply of the COVID test kits and want to make them available to the public as we move into the winter season,” said City Human Resources Director Nick Stroot. “With projections of COVID increasing this winter, these test kits can benefit the public when possible symptoms arise.”
Free test kits are also available at the Rapid City Public Library. The kits are available at the Library’s front customer service desk and drive-thru service window.
