'Coffee With Planners' Rescheduled To May 15
The May 1 'Coffee With Planners' event had just gotten underway when the building was evacuated due to smoke and odors. The session has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 15 at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers.

The quarterly 'Coffee With Planners' session has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 15 at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers.
The session had started May 1 when participants and everyone in the City/School Administration Center evacuated due to odors and smoke. After an investigation by the City Fire Department, it was a heat pump issue but by the time everyone was allowed back in the building, it was determined to reschedule the 'Coffee With Planners' event.
The coffee session, open to the developers, planners, and the public will include the same three discussion topics: downtown parking, transportation projects and updates to the City's Comprehensive Master Plan. The hour-long session allows participants to rotate to the discussion tables which include City staff.
The events are held quarterly. Coffee, bagels and doughnuts will be provided.
