City Hosting TIF Policy Changes Open House

Informal open house slated for April 24 invites questions, written comments

RAPID CITY, SD--The Rapid City Community Development Department is hosting an open house on proposed changes to the City's Tax Increment Financing Policy.  The open house is scheduled for Tuesday, April 24 at 2 p.m. in the Third Floor West Conference Room at the City/School Administration Center.

            There will be a brief presentation followed by a question and answer session.  The proposed policy can be viewed on the Community Development Department's home page at: https://www.rcgov.org/departments/community-planning-development/tax-increment-financing.html  .  City officials anticipate bringing forth the proposed changes for Council review in May.
