RAPID CITY--The City's Department of Community Development will host its quarterly "Coffee With Planners" this Wednesday, May 1, at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers of the City/School Administration Center.  The public is invited.

The hour-long session offers participants the opportunity to rotate to three discussion tables featuring various topics, according to City officials.  Table discussions at next week's session will include downtown parking, transportation projects and updates to the City's Comprehensive Master Plan.

"The coffee sessions provide the opportunity to sit down and engage with city staff on various planning issues," said Community Development Director Ken Young.  "These discussions have proven quite productive for participants and City staff."

The coffee events are held quarterly.  Coffee, bagels and doughnuts will be provided.
