City Employees Donate Over $58,000 To United Way Campaign

Members of the City's Fire, Police and other departments gathered this morning (November 17) at the United Way office to present $58,169 in employee contributions.  The presentation was part of the 'Get the Pack Back' promotion to inspire community businesses and organizations to turn in their employee contribution packets.

      All total, City employees pledged over $58,000 for 2023!  That’s $4,000 more than 2022. The 'Get the Pack Back' effort is one of the biggest events in working to meet the United Way of the Black Hills' goal for fundraising, which is set at $2.127 million for 2023.
