The Rapid City Council will meet in special session Monday, April 27 at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers to consider a plan to ease restrictions set forth in an emergency ordinance passed in late March. The emergency ordinance included restrictions impacting certain businesses, establishments and activities.
The public is advised of the earlier start time of 5:30 p.m. In observance of social distaincing protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is very limited seating in Council Chambers. The public is encouraged to submit comments online prior to noon Monday for inclusion in the official record.
