The Hotel Business Improvement District (BID) Board is established to fund marketing and promotion activities for the City of Rapid City and its hotels and motels included within the Business Improvement District.
NUMBER OF MEMBERS
Members must own property, be an owner of a business, or operate a business located in the District.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Board oversees the administration of the District, the establishment of programs, and the expenditure of BID funds on marketing and promotion for Rapid City.
Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month in the Main Street Square (MSS) conference room at the Shops at MSS at 11:00 a.m.
