We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience – Elaine Doll Dunn

Elaine Doll Dunn started running at age 40 completing 125 marathons - one in every state, in Washington DC & on five continents, totaling 50,000 miles. She founded the Leading Ladies’ Marathon, an all-woman USA Track & Field certified Boston qualifying course marathon through Spearfish Canyon. Dunn earned her PhD in Psychology at age 65 & is the author of five books. She was awarded the Spirit of Dakota award in 2008. Her recipe for life is to dream it, dare it & do it. Make it huge. Now 81 years of age, Elaine heeds her own words, & is working on running half marathons in every state.

Lunch is provided by the Friends of the Library & Great Harvest Bread Co.
