You asked (and asked, and asked, and asked!) and we listened. Due to overwhelming requests, Cook the Book is back in November! Make one recipe at home & share a meal together from Anthony Bourdain's Appetites: A Cookbook. Bring home samples of other recipes to enjoy.

Recipes are:

1)   Caesar Salad

2)   Do Chua Salad with Herbs, Scallions, Sprouts, and Egg

3)   Portuguese Kale Soup

4)   Sausage and Pepper Hero

5)   Lasagne Bolognese

6)   Korean Fried Chicken

7)   Creamed Pearl Onions

8)   Meat Loaf with Mushroom Gravy

9)   Roasted Cauliflower with Sesame

10) Roasted Baby Beets with Red Onion and Oranges ~ taken

11) Korean-Style Radish Pickles ~ taken

12) Buttermilk Biscuits ~ taken

 Appetites is a home-cooking, home-entertaining cookbook with personal favorites from Bourdain's own kitchen & travels, translated into an effective battle plan that will help you terrify your guests with breathtaking efficiency.

Anthony Bourdain was a man of many appetites, first as a chef, later as a world-traveling chronicler of food & culture on his television series Parts Unknown & No Reservations.
