As new bid solicitations are posted, this eProcurement system provides an automatic notification to registered vendors/contractors. This service is provided at no charge. Plans and specifications are also on file in the office of the City Finance Officer and may be obtained at the Engineering Services Office, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota.

To view a solicitation on Public Purchase, you must be registered. Once you are registered, click on the appropriate listing and you will be able to view the specifications and any applicable documents. If preferred, we do provide one hard copy of plans and specifications to interested vendors/contractors, which is available upon request.
