Community Enrichment Division

The Community Enrichment Division oversees finance programs prescribed for the improvement and enhancement of Rapid City including Community Development Block Grant and other similar economic and community development assistance programs.

The Division reviews funding applications for public service, public facility, economic development, and affordable housing projects and provides project oversight in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The Division’s strategic plans outline targeted opportunities for strategic investment and guide decision-making processes.
