Staff recommends approval of the Rezoning request from General Agricultural District to Medium Density Residential District in Conjunction with approval of associated Initial Planned Development (20PD002).

Staff recommends approval of the Initial Planned Development Overlay to allow a senior living facility in conjunction with the associated Rezoning application (File# 19RZ045) with the stipulations outlined in the Project Report.

11. No. 20TI002 – At the eastern terminus of Homestead Street
A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Resolution to approve TID No. 68 Project Plan Amendment #1 to reallocate project plan costs for property generally described as being located in Section 3, T1N, R8E.
The TIF Committee recommended approving the reallocation amendment as proposed and also recommended that Council authorize adding the Property Acquisition costs to the Project Plan as allowable costs.
