A request by ACES for Pennington County Buildings & Grounds Department to consider an application for a Major Amendment to a Planned Development Overlay to expand the boundary of Planned Development Overlay and to renovate the Pennington County Jail Complex for property generally described as being located 307 St. Joseph Street and 248 Kansas Street.

Staff recommends that the Major Amendment to a Planned Development be continued to the May 24, 2018 Planning Commission meeting at the applicant’s request

All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Development by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
