20) PW100119-13: A request from Deborah and Harold Steele for Council Authorization allowing the City of Rapid City (City) to provide water service outside City Limits for property located at 2905 Bunker Drive by Allowing an exception from the requirement that property adjacent to City limits be required to annex prior to obtaining City water service, with the stipulation that an agreement be drafted between the City and the property owner meeting the requirements of Resolution No. 2014-092 for non-contiguous property.
Staff Recommendation: Approve with Stipulations
