21) PW121217-19 – Appeal of Denied Exception Request from Sperlich Consulting on Behalf of Freeland Meadows, LLC to not construct Country Road with a minimum 36’ wide paved surface, curb, gutter, street light conduit, sewer, sidewalk at intersections and grading for sidewalk along developable parcels (City Files 17EX211).
