20) LF042623-17 – Request that staff be directed to draft a resolution for the May 1st Council meeting that officially requests on behalf of the City that the South Dakota Dept. of Transportation delay the scheduled bidding this fall of the reconstruction project for the Anamosa Street Bridge over I-190 until the City has had the opportunity to explore opportunities to incorporate elements and features to beautify the bridge as part of the project and have it serve as an attractive gateway to the City.
