- 1016 West Boulevard is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. A permit as requested to replace 3 historic windows on the second level and non-primary façade of the home. The replacement sashes are composite windows to match the existing divided lite pattern. City and SHPO determined no adverse effect on 5/21/21. 21RS007/CIHR21-0010
