- 817 Saint Cloud is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic district with a contributing secondary structure. Due to poor condition and size constraints of the existing structure, the applicant proposed to demolish the existing structure and build a new structure with characteristic that are similar to other secondary structures in the alley.
