New Business
- 1015 Columbus Street is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. The structure is a Queen Anne style house. Due to damage, the applicant requests a building permit to replace the cedar siding on the west façade with smooth HardiePlank siding. An alternative cedar product was considered but not found to be feasible due to cost. They intend to keep the cedar shapes if possible, but will replace with cement board shakes if the cedar is not salvageable.
- 616 and 618 Saint Joseph Street are contributing structures in the Downtown Historic District. The applicant requests a complete façade rehab and to add windows on the rear and side of the property.
