11.1 Reviews: September 10, 2019 – December 4, 2019

  • 908 South Street is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. A building permit was requested to remove the contributing shed located at the back of the property. Photo documentation of physical deterioration substantiated the need for removal. City and SHPO determined no adverse effect on 3/13/2020 20RS002/CIHR20-0006
  • 623 West Boulevard is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. The property owner requested a building permit to replace the existing slate shingles with a new synthetic slate shingle. City and SHPO determined no adverse effect on 5/1/2020 | 20RS004/CIHR20-0007
  • 1021 Fulton Street is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. The previously approved project 18RS019/CIHR18-0043 was revised by the applicant due to a change in the contractor and materials requested. The applicant requested that 7 windows be replaced. The new windows located on facades visible from the street will be wood interior, clad exterior double hung windows of the same size and configuration. Two windows that face the interior of the lot will be replaced with picture windows of a different size and configuration. City and SHPO determined no adverse effect for the revised project on 5/5/2020.
