11.1 Reviews: June 18, 2018 – August 13, 2018
a) 1116 Clark Street is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. A permit was requested to demolish a non-historic addition. City and SHPO determined no adverse effect on 7/30/18. 18RS011/CIHR18-0024
b) 1018 12th Street is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. A permit was requested to install four new windows on the north side of the house, one window on the east side of the house, and cover the existing cellar doors. The windows will be replaced in kind to match the existing historic windows which are deteriorated. City and SHPO determined the proposed project will not adversely affect historic property on 8/2/18. 18RS014/CIHR18-0025.
