11.1 Reviews – Summary from November 1st to December 7, 2016:

1105 West Boulevard is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. An application for a 11.1 Review was approved to convert an existing living space back into a garage. The existing replacement doors will be removed. A steel carriage house style garage door will be installed, maintaining what appears to be the existing opening. Project was found to have no adverse effect November 14, 2016 | Project Number 16RS009/CIHR16-0047

1116 West Boulevard is a contributing structure in the West Boulevard Historic District. An application was submitted to construct a small addition at the rear of the home and construct a detached two stall garage off of the alley. Project was still under review by the SHPO as of 12/7/16 | Project Number 16RS010/CIHR16-0052
