No. 18RZ023 - First Reading, Ordinance 6275, an Ordinance Amending Section 17.06 of Chapter 17 of the Rapid City Municipal Code, a request by Fisk Land Surveying and Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Dr. Dale Anderson for a Rezoning from Light Industrial District to Office Commercial District for property generally described as being located at 1622 and 1636 Concourse Court.
Recommendation: Deny (This item was continued from the August 20, 2018 City Council meeting at applicant’s request to be heard in conjunction with the Appeal of 18UR008.)

Recommendation: Deny the exception 3-1, with Drew opposed and Roberts abstaining.
31. PW082818-05 – Appeal of Denied Exception Request by KTM Design Solutions, Inc. on behalf of BH Capital LLC to waive the requirement to install 24 feet of pavement width and curb and gutter in Valley Drive.
Recommendation: Approve the exception 3-1, with Nordstrom opposed.
