Agenda Item Summary:
SRF Consulting Group, Inc. was selected to complete the Transit Development Plan. The last update to the Transit Development Plan was in 2009. The Transit Development Plan will identify, evaluate, and make recommendations to maintain, improve, and potentially expand transit services in Rapid City. The plan will also include a 10-year capital asset plan that will include schedules and costs for replacement, expansion, and introduction of new technologies.
