Agenda Item Summary:
20TP007- Staff requests authorization to advertise a request for proposals to update the existing Transit Development Plan. The last update to the Transit Development Plan was in 2009. The Transit Development Plan will identify, evaluate, and made recommendations to maintain, improve, and potentially expand transit services in Rapid City. The plan will also include a 10-year capital asset plan that will include schedules and costs for replacement, expansion, and introduction of new technologies.
