Agenda Item Summary:
Each year during the development of the Transportation Improvement Program, the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is required to demonstrate and resolve that its transportation planning process is addressing the major issues in the metropolitan planning area and that the process is conducted in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Self Certification Process (23 C.F.R. 450.334).
