Agenda Item Summary:
The Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Operations Plan includes bylaws for all three operational committees. Staff is proposing clean up changes to the Citizens Advisory Committee and Technical Coordinating Committee to ensure that the current operating process is reflected in these two committee bylaws. All amendments to the bylaws require public notice in the newspaper prior to review and approval by the committees. Staff anticipates including these proposed bylaw changes for consideration at the December meetings as well as the final Operations Plan.
