The 2015 Socioeconomic Report was compiled with building permit data approved and issued between 2013 and 2015. The data includes single family residential, multi-family residential, retail, industrial, public, and office uses and represents new buildings as well as demolitions. Both the 2013 and 2014 growth numbers as well as the 2013-2015 total growth numbers are included for comparison of the past three years by neighborhood area.
