Agenda Item Summary:
Tax Increment District #78 was approved in 2016 and provided funding to realign a portion of the Unnamed Tributary Channel and construct Element #8 identified in the Unnamed Tributary Drainage Basin Design Plan. Amendment #1 reallocated expenditures and added a project plan line item in order to construct a 15” gravity sewer main in order to maximize development potential of the undeveloped property located within Orchard Meadows. Amendment #2 changes the 15” gravity sewer main to a sewer lift station.
