Agenda Item Summary:
On May 17, 2022, the Rapid City Council approved Tax Increment District (TID) 86. This project proposes to design and build a regional water booster pump station. In accordance with agreements between the City and Developer, Black & Veatch, a company specializing in this type of work, was contracted to complete the study. These are the findings and analysis from their study.
