Agenda Item Summary:
Change Order 4F is a final change order to reconcile additional work required at the Water Reclamation Facility due to unforeseen conditions. This also sets the final completion date for the start of warranty period. The grant funds awarded to the project have been fully allocated and this change order will add funding from both Water and Water Reclamation for the associated costs: Schedule A – Added additional instrumentation and controls to facilitate operation of the waste gas flare. Schedule B – The existing generator transfer switch failed and a replacement was needed for continued operations. Schedule C – Added additional instrumentation and controls to facilitate operation of the grit separator Schedule D,F,G, & H - Rectify installed final quantities Schedule E- Additional electrical work required for installation of owner provided heater
