Agenda Item Summary:
Approval of this Resolution will create a new construction fee for properties that benefit from the sewer main built in Sunburst Drive, Shadow Court and Treeline Court. Fees paid will reimburse the Wastewater Utility Enterprise Fund for the cost to extend the main to these properties.
