Agenda Item Summary:
This contract is associated with the Rapid City Water Reclamation Facility South Plant Improvements Construction Package 2 project that was awarded to PKG. The City of Rapid City (City) has secured funding for this large capital expenditure in the form of a grant and loan.
HDR Engineering, Inc. Will provide professional Construction Administration Services for the WRF South Plant Improvements project. This agreement will also provide day to day construction inspection, construction survey and testing services.
Phase 2 Construction is expected to be completed by Winter of 2028.
