A request was received in the Engineering Office requesting the requirement to install sidewalk along Heidiway Lane per City of Rapid City Ordinance 16.16.050 be waived. A sidewalk is required to be constructed along Heidiway Lane where adjacent to proposed Tract A as part of proposed platting.
Staff concurs with the justification provided by the applicant and recommends approval of this request.
