Request to authorize staff to purchase asset known as S936, 2023 Freightliner VIN:3ALHCYREXPDUG3079 with Galbreath hook-lift SN:13H50343 in the amount of $185,000.00. The lease agreement with Big Truck Rental has been fulfilled.
City Council approved the lease agreement on November 1, 2021, at that time staff indicated the intent to purchase at a future date.
If approved, this will be an addition to the City fleet and continued to be used by Solid Waste Collections.
