Request to authorize staff to purchase one new Caterpillar skid steer loader model 262D3-CL with 74” grapple bucket including an extended service agreement and premier warranty from Butler Machinery utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative purchasing contract #062320-CAT.
The purchase will replace equipment M994, which has exceeded its useful life, and will be declared surplus and used as a trade-in. The contract amount for the new skid steer with grapple bucket is $95,799.49 with receiving $18,700.00 for the asset trade-in leaving a final purchase price of $77,099.49 delivered.
