Change Order #3 will be adding pay items to account for additional work that is required at the Water Reclamation Facility due to unforeseen conditions and repairs to the existing westerly trickling filter. This change order will also set new project milestone dates to Schedule A, B, C and H due to additional work added and delays in equipment and start up from the suppliers.
