Agenda Item Summary:
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act Of 1964 Provides That No Person Shall Be Subjected to Discrimination on The Basis of Race, Color, Or National Origin Under Any Program or Activity That Receives Federal Financial Assistance. As A Recipient of Federal Transit Grant Funds, The City Is Required to Submit a Title VI Program Plan Every Three Years, To Ensure Compliance with Program Requirements.
