This is the semi-annual report for active collection systems for the period January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. The report is required under The City’s air quality permit No. 28.1101-02 issued by the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (SDDANR). Item authorizes the Mayor to sign the Semi-Annual Compliance Report and Certification.
