Agenda Item Summary:
Staff requests authorization to seek proposals for professional engineering services for the Southwest Booster Station Reconstruction project. The existing facility has reached its life expectancy and needs to be replaced. This project will evaluate the existing booster station location and recommend to reconstruct at its existing location or propose a new location better suited for operations. Staff proposes to hire a Consultant to be responsible for design, bidding, and
construction administration.
Staff will return at a later date for council authorization to bid the project for construction.
