Primary change is the Phase 1 Asbestos Abatement and Drilled Pier Casing addition. The known asbestos abatement and demo were removed from the bidding process to allow competitive bidding. The drilled pier casing was removed during the Value Engineering Process and was to be added back on a unit cost basis.
