Agenda Item Summary:
The Solid Waste Division has budgeted for miscellaneous improvement projects for facility upgrades and maintenance needs. Agreement is for HDR Engineering Inc. to provide design and bidding services for a project at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) to replace and upgrade the existing HVAC system, addition of a large exhaust fan on the tip floor, and fire suppression system upgrades and freeze protection.
