Agenda Item Summary:
Change Order #2 will adjust the project milestone dates to Schedule B, C, E and F due to supply chain delays, the project has set new milestone dates based on the delivery of material from the suppliers. In addition to the above contract modifications the project will be adding pay items to account for additional work that is required at the Water Reclamation Facility to facilitate construction phasing, continue treatment operations, and unforeseen conditions.
