Agenda Item Summary:
Veolia ES / Technical Solutions, LLC (Contractor) was hired in 2018 through a competitive sealed proposal process to run the City’s Household Hazardous Waste Event in 2019, 2021, and 2023. The 2023 event will be held on October 14, 2023. Price increases every two (2) years have been handled through a Contract Change Order. A Final Contract Change Order will be processed once the final quantities are determined from the event. Staff recommends exercising the renewal clause in the contract to conduct the 2023 event in the amount of in the amount of $76,894.59. 2023 Event Project Information: 2023 Household Hazardous Waste Event (HHW), Project No 23‐2740 / CIP.
