Agenda Item Summary:
Applicant is requesting to install a business sign (associated with Building Permit # 22-1980) in a Major Drainage Easement along the front of Lot 3, Block 2 of Heartland Retail Center and located at the southwest corner of Cheyenne Boulevard and Endeavour Boulevard. The sign conflicts with a 60-foot wide Major Drainage Easement located along the front of the property where said easement includes an open channel to convey drainage to culverts at the northeast corner of the property. This agreement will allow (conditionally) the installation of the sign within the easement. The sign will be located along the west side of the property and will not significantly impact the capacity of the drainage channel.
