Agenda Item Summary:
The Rapid City Solid Waste Division is requesting City Council authorization to apply for and accept, if awarded, the EPA Recycling Education and Outreach (REO) Grant Program. This grant would allow us to increase our current efforts in education and outreach.
The grant requires no funding match from the City and will be seeking indirect costs if available.
