The City of Rapid City has determined the need to procure professional services for the design and replacement of the existing variable frequency drive (VFD) and soft start for well 12. Electrical upgrades will be incorporated as necessary to upgrade the equipment. Project includes contingency planning and startup support, professional design and construction administration services.
